CW Post Athletics

Sarah Ralls began as the Assistant Sports Information Director at C.W. Post in January 2007 and was promoted to Director in October 2007.  Ralls handles all facets of promotion and publicity for all 15 of the Pioneers’ varsity athletics programs.

           

Prior to arriving at C.W. Post, Ralls was an athletic media relations assistant at the University of New Hampshire, where she assisted in the promotion and publicity of the University’s 20 Division I varsity programs as well as the maintenance of the Wildcats’ athletics website.  Ralls served as the primary media liaison for men’s and women’s basketball as well as men’s soccer and swimming and diving, in addition to assisting with UNH's nationally-ranked football and hockey programs.

           

A native of Chelmsford, Mass., Ralls received a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Communications and Critical Thinking from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in June 2005.  While there, she spent three years as a student intern assisting the Athletic Media Relations Director in promoting the River Hawks.  Ralls also covered both high school and college sports as a correspondent for the Lowell Sun newspaper.  

Ralls is an active member of the College Sports Information Directors Association of America (CoSIDA) and the Eastern College Athletic Conference Sports Information Directors Association (ECAC-SIDA).
