Women's Lacrosse Ranked Second In IWLCA Poll

BROOKVILLE, N.Y. (March 10, 2010) – The C.W. Post women’s lacrosse team remains second in this week’s Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) poll.
Adelphi was the unanimous choice to lead the field of ten, followed by the Pioneers. Lock Haven was third followed by Limestone (4) and Mercyhurst (5), West Chester (6) and New Haven (7). Fellow ECC member Dowling moved to eighth with Gannon (9) and Stonehill (10) rounding out the poll.
The Pioneers open their season against Southern New Hampshire on Saturday, March 13 at 11:30 a.m. on Hickox Field.
