Aiken Named ECC Player Of The Week

CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (Feb. 1, 2010) – The East Coast Conference announced junior guard Janea Aiken (St. Albans, N.Y.) as this year’s Player of the Week.
Aiken averaged 19.5 points last week. She scored 17 points at Molloy and followed it up with a 22-point, nine rebound, and seven assist effort against St. Thomas Aquinas. She was 5-for-13 from three-point range and averaged six rebounds a game.
C.W. Post (15-4, 10-3 ECC) will host Queens College on Wednesday before closing out the week at the University of Bridgeport.
