C.W. Post head coach Deirdre Moore announced that three players have signed National Letters of Intent. Kenyatta Sears (Hampton, Va.), Britney Agostini (Middletown, Del.) and Nijah LaCourt (Bronx, N.Y.) will suit up in a Pioneer uniform for the 2010-11 season. In addition, Moore also adds Washington Adventist transfer Quiano Tiggle (Bowie, Md.) to the roster.

Registration is still open for the C.W. Post Pioneer Sports Academy, a new summer athletic camp for children ages 7 to 17.

Junior guard Janea Aiken (St.Albans, N.Y.) and sophomore guard Felicia Joyner (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) of the C.W. Post women’s basketball team were selected to the 2009-10 All-Met Team, as voted by the National Invitation Tournament and the Met Basketball Writers Association.

Junior guard Janea Aiken (St. Albans, N.Y.) of the C.W. Post women’s basketball team was honored as this year’s ECAC Division II Player of the Year after helping to lead the Pioneers to a 20-9 overall record and a 14-7 mark in the East Coast Conference.
