The ABCA/Rawlings All-East Region, and the National College Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) East Region teams were both announced today, and freshman centerfielder Zack Graczyk (Carmel, N.Y.) was named to the First Team by both organizations, while senior pitcher Pete Budkevics (Deer Park, N.Y.) earned Second Team accolades on both teams.

A stellar complete game effort from senior hurler Bobby Kay (Stony Brook, N.Y.) propelled the C.W. Post baseball team to its first NCAA Regional victory in over 25 years, and also gave the Pioneers the school record 32nd win, making the 2010 Pioneers the winningest team in program history, as C.W. Post defeated Dominican 4-1 on Friday afternoon at Yale Field.
